Garant x Motocross Deschambault Contest Rules – 2025

CONTEST RULES

Organizer

1. Garant GP and Motocross Deschambault are the organizers of the contest (the “Organizer”) of the “Garant x Motocross Deschambault 2025 Contest” (the “Contest”).

Effective Dates

2. The Contest begins on July 7, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) (the “Contest Start Date”) and ends on July 27, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) (the “Contest End Date”).

Eligibility

3. The Contest is open only to Canadian residents who have reached the age of 18 as of the Contest Start Date.

4. Employees of the Organizer, any affiliated companies, agents, advertising or promotional agencies (the “Partners”), or anyone directly involved with the Contest, as well as those living at the same address (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

5. A smartphone and internet access are required to enter. Each participant must have a valid email address. Only one (1) email address may be used per participant throughout the contest duration.
To enter, participants must:

Running from July 7 to July 27, 2025

6. Participants may only use one (1) email account. Shared accounts are not allowed. In the case of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder will be deemed the entrant. Proof may be required.

7. Use of the same email address by multiple participants will result in disqualification of the account holder.

8. The Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any individual who attempts to enter in a way that violates the rules or is unfair to other participants (e.g. multiple entries, shared accounts). All Organizer decisions are final and binding.

Draw

9. The draw will take place on July 27, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) at Motocross Deschambault, 356 3e Rang E, Deschambault, QC G0A 1S0.
One participant will be randomly selected.

Prize

10. The Winner (as defined below) will receive:
“$500 worth of Garant tools” and “1 private lesson for 2 people including rental of 2 bikes”, for a total value of over $1,000.

Winner(s)

11. The selected participant will be contacted via email and must provide their contact information to the Organizer.

12. To be declared the Winner, the selected participant must:
a) Respond to the Organizer within 48 hours of the winner announcement.
If they do not respond within that time, another participant will be selected, and so on until the prize is claimed.
b) Accept the Prize as described in these rules, with no substitutions or exchanges.
c) Accept the prize conditions.

General Conditions

13. The chances of winning depend on the number of valid entries.

14. Information collected will not be shared with any other organization.

15. Refusal to accept the prize releases the Organizer and Partners from all obligations to that finalist.

16. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Contest if any issue affects its administration, fairness, or security. In such cases, only one (1) prize will be awarded as outlined in the rules.

17. Personal information collected is used solely for Contest administration and is subject to the privacy policy. No other communications will be sent unless the participant has consented.

18. The Organizer and Partners are not responsible for any situation beyond their control, including strikes, lockouts, or service disruptions from suppliers.

19. The Organizer and Partners are not liable for any technical problems (e.g., network issues, software errors, bugs, or transmission failures).

20. If a participant is awarded a prize due to an error (technical or human), that prize will be returned and re-awarded.

21. If, for reasons beyond their control, the Organizer cannot award the Prize (or part of it), they reserve the right to substitute it with an equivalent prize or its cash value.

22. The Winner releases the Organizer, advertising agencies, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses related to participation or use of the Prize.

23. Participants not complying with the rules may be disqualified.

24. Any false declaration will result in automatic disqualification.

25. The Organizer’s decisions are final and binding.

26. The Winner must claim the prize directly from the Organizer.

27. Participants should note that Garant ships to most areas in Canada, except remote regions not serviced by our delivery partners.
