How to assemble a Sleigh Shovel

For all Sleigh Shovels:

Step 1: Turn shovel upside down and hold by placing foot on handle.

Step 2: Insert the handle into the holes in the blade. The plastic tabs must fit completely into the holes.

Step 3: If necessary, apply enough pressure to secure the handle in place.

For the Pro Sleigh Shovel:

Step 1: Separate the 2 side panels, pressing down on the 2 hooks.

Step 2: Insert each side panel into the scoop, inserting the 4 tabs. Push in completely. Make sure that the upper parts fit into the cavities during assembly. The tabs must be properly secured and the ribs positioned alternately, before positioning the handle.

Step 3: Locate the screws in the panel cavities. Identify the “screw here” markings in 4 places on each of the 2 panels, then fix a screw in each place.

Step 4: Turn the shovel upside down and hold it in place with your foot on the handle.

Step 5: Insert the handle into the holes in the blade. The plastic tabs must fit completely into the holes. Ensure that all parts remain properly aligned during assembly.

Step 6: If necessary, apply sufficient pressure to secure the handle in place.
