Garant x Motocross Deschambault Contest Rules – 2026

CONTEST RULES


Organizer


1. Garant GP x Motocross Deschambault are the organizers of the contest (the “Organizer”) entitled:

“Garant x Motocross Deschambault Contest 2026” (the “Contest”).

Effective Date


2. The Contest begins on May 25, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (the “Contest Opening Date”) and ends on July 26, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Contest Closing Date”).

Eligibility

3. The Contest is open exclusively to Canadian residents who are 18 years of age or older as of the Contest Opening Date.

4. Employees of the Organizer, all establishments affiliated or related to the Organizer (including Garant GP and Motocross Deschambault), their representatives, advertising or promotional agencies involved in the Contest (the “Partners”), as well as any persons residing with them, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate in this Contest.

How to Enter

5. A smartphone and Internet access are required to enter the Contest. Each participant must have a valid email account. Only one (1) email account may be used per participant throughout the Contest period.

To enter, participants must:

• Subscribe to the Motocross Deschambault newsletter

Limit of one (1) entry per person and per email account for the entire duration of the Contest.

Valid from May 25 to July 26, 2026.

6. Participants may only use one (1) email account in connection with the Contest. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email account. In the event of a dispute regarding a participant’s identity, the authorized holder of the email account used will be deemed the official participant. Proof of identity may be required.

7. The use of the same email account by multiple participants will automatically result in the disqualification of the account owner.

8. The Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any person entering the Contest in a manner that does not comply with these rules or that is deemed unfair to other participants. The Organizers’ decision is final and binding.

Draw

9. The draw will take place on July 26, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time at Motocross Deschambault, located at 356 3e Rang E, Deschambault, QC G0A 1S0.

One (1) participant will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received.

Prize

10. The winner will receive the following prize:

• A $400 gift card for Motocross Deschambault
• A Garant string trimmer with an approximate retail value of $530

Approximate total prize value: $930.

Winner

11. The selected participant will be contacted by email in order to provide their contact information to the Organizer.

12. To be declared a winner, the selected participant must:

a) respond to the Organizer within 48 hours of being contacted.

Failure to do so will result in disqualification and another participant will be selected.

b) accept the prize as described in these rules. The prize may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

c) accept the conditions related to the prize.

General Conditions

13. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

14. Information collected as part of the Contest will not be shared with any other organization.

15. Should a finalist refuse to accept their prize, the Organizer and the Partners shall be released from all obligations relating to said prize.

16. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest should any situation beyond its control compromise the proper administration of the Contest.

17. Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the Contest and is subject to the privacy policies of Garant GP and Motocross Deschambault.

18. The Organizer and the Partners shall not be held responsible for any issues resulting from force majeure, labour disputes, technical failures, or any other circumstances beyond their control.

19. The Organizer and the Partners disclaim all liability related to technical malfunctions, computer bugs, network interruptions, or data transmission errors.

20. If a prize is awarded in error due to a technical or human error, the prize will be returned to the prize pool and re-awarded in accordance with these rules.

21. If the Organizer is unable to award the prize as described, it reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value.

22. The winner releases the Organizer, its agencies, employees, and representatives from any liability related to the acceptance or use of the prize.

23. Any participant who fails to comply with these rules may be disqualified.

24. Any false declaration automatically results in disqualification.

25. The Organizer’s decisions are final and binding.

26. The winner may claim their prize from the Organizer.

27. Participants should note that Garant delivers to almost all regions across Canada, except for certain remote areas where our shipping partners are unable to deliver.
