Garant Company warrants to the original purchaser only of the accompanying product that such product will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a limited warranty period. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and extends from 90 days to lifetime as specified. This warranty is offered to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

In the event of a defect in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Garant will provide a replacement product at no charge to the original purchaser, provided that the product is returned to its original place of purchase and is accompanied by proof of purchase. Damage to the product due to any cause other than a defect in material or workmanship—including, but not limited to, accident, misuse, abuse or incorrect use, normal wear, unauthorized repair or alteration, and non-personal use—is excluded from this warranty.

This is the only warranty recognized by Garant. All other warranties, whether legal, expressed or implied, are void. Garant is not liable for damage of any kind resulting from the use of its products. Garant’s responsibility is limited solely to product replacement in accordance with the above terms.

The application of this warranty may vary from province to province in conformity with provincial law.
